Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website fdlm-paris.fr (the "Site") and the purchase of a pass giving access to its members-only content. By purchasing a pass or using the Site, you accept these Terms in full.

1. The Service

FDLM · Paris Official Guide is an independent editorial guide to the Fête de la Musique in Paris on June 21, 2026. It provides curated information including street events, an interactive map, food spots, bars, survival tips, playlists and club events. The Site is an information service only: we do not organise, host or sell tickets to the events listed, and we are not affiliated with the venues or organisers featured.

2. Pass Purchase & Access

3. Account Sharing — Strictly Prohibited

⚠️ Your login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Account sharing is strictly forbidden. Any account detected being shared or used on multiple devices may be suspended without notice, and in such a case no refund will be issued.

To enforce this, we use device-identification technology to detect simultaneous or abusive use of a single account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Refund Policy

The pass provides immediate access to digital content. To the extent permitted by law, and because access is granted instantly upon purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once access has been provided and you have expressly acknowledged this at checkout. No refund will be issued in the event of account suspension resulting from a breach of these Terms (including account sharing).

5. Acceptable Use

We are not responsible for the availability, content, pricing or conduct of third-party venues, organisers or platforms. Always verify details with the relevant organiser before relying on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content is complete, error-free or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, your attendance at any event, or your reliance on the information provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and design on the Site are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the Publisher or its partners. Your pass grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for your own use only.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time of your purchase. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision.
